Oregon tech residence hall- bogatay construction

The new residence hall at Oregon Institute of Technology utilizes Oregon Wall Co. prefabricated wall panels as part of its sustainable building strategy. We delivered the panels from our plant in White City to the Bogatay Construction worksite on the OIT campus in Klamath Falls, where they were used to complete the interior structure of the 86,170 square-foot, four-story building.
“Oregon Tech is constructing one of the first residence halls in Oregon to utilize mass timber floors and roofs with panelized wood frame walls, and it will serve as a landmark example of carbon-efficient construction in higher education.”¹
