New construction at Watershed Row in Klamath Falls will be complete by the summer of 2025.
From the owner’s website– “The building complex comprises twin 1928 warehouses and a 1990s metal addition totaling 17,000 square feet and sitting on half a city block in downtown Klamath Falls. The original buildings were constructed as a state-of-the-art creamery and an auto shop. In the 1930s, the space transitioned to a laundry, which operated until 2002. Thereafter, it saw a range of tenants including yoga, aerial circus, dog training and laser tag. The metal warehouse was retrofitted into an outdoor store and climbing gym.”
